Friday was one of our craziest days ever, with a Saturday collection of no less than 7 cakes.
You may say that that does not sound like much... bear in mind that Fairyfield cakes consists of a two person team. With Elaine doing all the baking and most of the decorating, Duane (myself) only assisting with some minor decorating, cake carving and airbrush work!

And now I hear rumors of another 5 cakes for this coming Saturday.
Will have to crack out the energy drinks..... again.!!!!
